Private yoga sessions are potent medicine when I devote all of my attention on your unique individual needs. When it's one-on one, I create a deeply therapeutic session that specifically guides your body with nurturing hands on adjustments for immediate relief and restoration. Privates include physical manipulation to change your bone structure and reorient the body to then release habitual, conditioned tension. These sessions will crease more ease in the body, space in the joints, reduce anxiety, address chronic pain, increase vitality and mental clarity. You’ll have more tools to powerfully participate in your wellbeing, release habits and reorient yourself to move with more ease in your life. With over 500 hours of training, I utilize tools learned from Katonah Yoga, Iyengar, Hatha, myofascial release, breath work and meditation. We can focus on a specific issue you’re dealing with or I will offer a balanced practice for you. Whether you're a beginner or are looking to deepen an existing practice, I customize my session to your unique needs. Classes can be held in my studio, your home, office or via Skype. I can combine these sessions with transformational coaching work.
