ABOUT DIANA
Diana Paschal has been inspired by movement her entire life. She was a gymnast and cheerleader in college, became a Yogi in NYC, and has dove deeper studying movement science, somatic healing, mobility, fascia and the nervous system. She’s been teaching and coaching individuals in private practice since 2014.
She holds an E-RYT 500 in Yoga, and has studied Katonah Yoga, Eldoa, Functional Range Conditioning, Yoga Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Katonah Yoga, Pilates, Somatic Therapy, Trauma Healing and meditation. For a decade, she’s lead international retreats, yoga trainings and group programs.
Diana utilizes the body as a vehicle to bring insight and harmony within oneself and to deepen our connection to life. She is grateful to share all the knowledge and wisdom that has supported her own inner freedom and evolution.
