Professional Bio

Diana Paschal is a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher and transformational life coach who guides others to deeper awareness, clarity and wellbeing. She teaches at the best studios in NYC and LA, leads international retreats, trainings and her signature AwakenAwe workshops. Diana has two decades of studies in somatic therapy, yoga, meditation, gymnastics, dance and embodiment practices. Her classes are accessible and offer clear, nurturing instruction on precise alignment and breath awareness and are informed by her studies in Iyengar, Katonah, Vinyasa and Meditation. Diana utilizes yoga as a vehicle to bring insight and harmony within oneself and to deepen our connection to the world. She holds an advanced certification and yoga therapeutics certification from Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman and is certified to teach Katonah Yoga from founder Nevine Michaan. Diana is passionate to bring yoga to wider populations and partners with non-profits and social impact groups to further this goal.
