AwakenAwe : A Practice for Joy
Join us this Valentines week for workshop designed to understand and cultivate sustainable joy. We’ll open with an hour class that includes yoga, pranayama, meditation and then move into journaling exercises and discussion. This physical practice allows you to release negative patterns and create a more optimal embodiment. We'll get out of our heads and allow our heart to speak. We will create a container to map emotions with desires, and then write our lifestyle framework for more joy. This class uses Katonah yoga techniques and life coaching. From our heart, we recognize our desires, with our mind, we translate into dreams, and with our body, we execute. We'll have refreshments for all attendees.
