AwakenAwe : A Practice for Joy
Join us for a yoga & coaching workshop to understand and cultivate sustainable happiness. We’ll use Katonah, asana, pranayama, meditation with discussion and journaling exercises. This physical practice allows you to release negative patterns and create a more optimal embodiment. We'll get out of our heads and allow our heart's wisdom to speak. We will create a container to map emotions with desires, and then draw a lifestyle framework for more joy. This class uses Katonah yoga techniques with coaching. From our heart, we recognize our desires, with our mind, we translate into dreams, and with our body, we execute. We'll have refreshments and goodies for all attendees.
